Is February/March a Good Time to Dive Fiji?

I posted a similar question about Australia and New Zealand, but I thought I'd break this out for Fiji. As part of an extended trip in the South Pacific, I will be in Australia and New Zealand in February 2024 on a cruise. Since I'm on that side of the planet, I don't want to miss the opportunity to dive in Fiji if it's worth it. I have never dived in Fiji.
